In a short article found at searchengineland.com, author and news editor, Barry Schwartz, shows us what the Google people and their followers are up to, courtesy of Google +. It seems they like to show their love for the company by dressing their kids in Google gear, like almost lime green android backpacks and blue and green shirts and caps marked with the Google trademark. They take pictures of their friends hanging out at the analytics’ office with the huge white “analytical Hippo” in a Google green with black pinstripe suit, and work in small brightly colored soundproof cubicles without doors. They even have a brightly multicolored Google staircase with an employeesai??i?? name on each step. It makes you wonder if all Google employees are required to join Google+ for the sole purpose of circulating these obvious tools of Google propaganda. They all just look so happy!
If so, according to
the employee posted pictures, it seems to be working. Apparently, thanks to the worldwide popularity of the company, Google gear is big business, and even a brewery in Belgium and a questionable looking storefront in Honduras have caught on. The rest of us can only imagine what it would be like to live in Google land.
