Citi hopes the site will be a valuable resource to it’s customers. British Airways has also been reaching out to its consumers, urging them to reconnect with family. Their ad features a son’s first journey back to India since he left home at 17 years old to study in the US. British Airways interviews his mother as she plans to send his favorite home cooked meal to the states with their help. She is shocked to find her son standing in the doorway of her kitchen.
